چکیده
Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy szerokiej problematyki wymiarów przywództwa w Siłach Powietrznych RP. Składa się ze wstępu, rozdziałów przywołujących literaturę przedmiotu, opisu wyników badań naukowych z lat 2015-2021. Prezentuje badania własne przeprowadzone na grupie 213 utalentowanych żołnierzy zawodowych jednostkach lotniczych maj-lipiec 2015 roku. Analiza prowadzi do konkluzji, że właściwe procesy motywacyjne i „właściwe przywództwo” wykorzystywane strategiach wojskowych wśród mogą wpływać postawy zachowania tychże wypełnianiu swoich obowiązków służbowych wszechstronnego rozwoju osobistego. Głównym elementem motywowania jest człowiek jego systemem wartości, doświadczeniem oczekiwaniami przyszłość. Z lektury przedmiotu własnych wynika, wymiary zależą między innymi, od wizji, zaangażowania, innowacji, kultury organizacji Sił Powietrznych. Celem artykułu przedstawienie Wojsku Polskim.
